Jordan Antunez
Owner & Managing Partner
I’m Jordan Antunez, founder and managing partner of Apex Civic Solutions. Born in Fresno, California and raised in Louisville, I’ve always believed in building something real, something that lasts. My background spans logistics, sales, and hands-on entrepreneurship, including time in the screen printing industry and personal experience as a property investor.
Before starting Apex, I worked in commercial sales and supply chain operations, where I helped clients solve everyday problems by delivering the right products, at the right time, with the right support. That background gave me a deep understanding of what property managers and facility operators truly need: consistency, responsiveness, and people who take pride in their work.
As a Hispanic business owner, I’m passionate about creating opportunities through service. I started Apex to build something that reflects my values: hard work, trust, and consistency. Our goal is to build relationships and grow a business that contributes meaningfully to the communities we serve.
Ryan Johnson
Co-Owner & Managing Partner
I’m Ryan Johnson, co-founder of Apex Civic Solutions and a proud Louisville native. I’ve spent my career building, managing, and improving properties across the globe, with hands-on experience in construction, window cleaning, hotel management, and property operations. My journey has taken me to over 50 countries, including time managing hospitality operations in New Zealand and South Korea, and running a property management company in Southwest Florida.
That global experience gave me a sharp eye for quality and a deep appreciation for reliability—two values we’ve built Apex on. From apartment complexes to commercial facilities, I know how important it is to have a service partner you can count on to show up and do the job right.
Outside of Apex, I’m a hobby photographer and licensed drone pilot. I bring that same attention to detail and visual mindset into every project we take on. Whether it’s a small service call or a large contract, I treat it like it’s my own investment because that’s what I’d want if I were on the other side.
